Each piece is formed and bent from 1/2" solid round bar. The joints are MIG welded and balanced to sit level.  The shelving is made from expanded metal (gauge of expanded metal will vary). 

The stand is finished with a clear coat rust inhibitor that prevents rusting.  These shelves are a very strong and sturdy piece that will withstand the outdoor elements.

Each shelf has an ornamental piece welded to it to add that little something extra.  Ornaments range from Cactus, Texas States, Stars depending on availability.  You may request a specific ornament if you wish.  We can hand paint the ornaments upon request.

You can buy individual pieces and build your set, or you can just buy it all at once, call it done and never have to buy another patio set again.

A Complete Set consists of 4 Chairs and 1 Table

The chairs are hand bent and MIG welded from ½” Cold Rolled Round Bar.  The Cold Rolled tempering process eliminates surface imperfections which creates a metallic luster. 

The backing and the seating are designed from a low alloyed expanded metal.  Cushions on the seats are not needed as the designs of these chairs are curved for comfort.

The approximate dimensions over all are 36” high x 34”deep x 28” wide.

Each Chair is clear coated with a rust inhibitor to prevent rust.  These are strong pieces that weigh almost 40 lbs. each.  Never again will you have to go and fetch your patio set from the neighbor’s yard because of wind.

For a little bit extra, you can get your chair personalized! Add a logo, family crest, are if you have a theme of décor you want your chair to match, we’ve done it before for customers!  It’s not a problem at all.  All we need is the image of exactly what you want!

Approximately 44” in Diameter, this sturdy table is designed to fit the chairs.  The 4 leg pedestal it stands on is signed to allow the chairs to be fully stowed underneath.  The table top is made from low alloyed expanded metal with a 2” diameter hole in the center if you wish to add an umbrella. 

The frame of the table is bent and welded from 1” square tubing.  It is finished with a clear coat rust inhibitor to protect it from the out door elements.
